|Benefits=When the seal is placed, the user will reach a new pinnacle of Chakra Control, a complete mastery over their expenditure of Chakra that prevents any waste. As a result they gain the following benefit.

All standard Chakra Activation and Ongoing Costs are reduced by half, rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5 for Activation costs and to the nearest whole number for ongoing. For example, if a technique normally has a cost of 40, it will now cost 20, while a technique that normally costs 15 would cost 10. While an Ongoing Cost of 5 would become 3.

This reduction in costs only applies to the normal jutsu costs, and does not apply to the additional costs of things like Construct Techniques.

Additionally, the Strength of a Hundred Seal is capable of storing up to a total of 10,000 Chakra. It takes at least one IRP year to build up this reserve the first time, after which the user will be able to learn the Yin Seal: Release technique instantly, provided they have an open S-Rank slot for it.

When the seal is released, the user gains access to the Chakra reserve from the seal. Afterward, it can take up to a week to rebuild the chakra from the seal, preventing the user from releasing the seal until the week is over. However, they still get the benefit of reduced Chakra Costs.

If not all of the Chakra reserve was used when reforming the seal the time to recover the reserve is reduced by 1 Day for every 2,000 Chakra that was left.

The Chakra cost reduction benefits for this technique do not apply to Jutsu that have an increased chakra cost drawback, or a reduced chakra cost benefit. Nor do they apply to Dojutsu or special clan KKG, or similar techniques. They also do not apply to techniques that permanently reduce your Chakra Pool.
